For hauling, junk removal and demolition crews — one truck or fifty

The 6 AM group text, the clipboard and the glovebox of receipts — replaced by the phone your driver already has. Keep your booking app. This covers the trucks and the crew.

Today’s stops in order, dump receipts photographed and split across the loads, and hours from a time clock instead of Friday texts. We run hauling and demolition trucks ourselves.

$12 per truck a month. Free for 7 days on every truck — no card.

What replaces the group text, the clipboard and the glovebox

The day’s stops, in order, on the driver’s phone

Customer, address, notes, Navigate and Call. The driver marks on the way, arrived and done, and can flag a job back to the office when something isn’t what the customer said.

Dump receipts photographed against the job

The scale ticket is photographed at the dump. When one dump run empties a truck that three jobs filled, the fee is split across those loads — so each job carries its real disposal cost. A scrap yard that paid you is the same receipt in the other direction.

A photo pre-trip before the first stop

Four corner photos, the odometer and a defect checklist. A driver can’t start a job until that day’s pre-trip is complete, and a severe defect keeps the truck off jobs until it’s resolved or you override it with a note.

Crew hours from a time clock

Clock-ins, breaks and hours per person, with labor cost on each shift and a record of every corrected punch.

What each job actually made (Pro)

Revenue, labor and dump fees per job, truck and driver — with every flagged price and how it was settled on record.

A live map of your trucks (Pro)

Every truck with a live location, a route line to its next stop, and a list of who’s live, offline or silent.

Spanish on the crew’s phones

Each person picks their language in Settings. The day’s stops, the status buttons, quick texts and the receipt form read in Spanish; the office screens stay English.

A page the customer can open

The “on my way” text carries a link: the company, the address, on the way → arrived → done with times, and the photos once it’s finished. No price, no phone number on it.

Cash or a check at the door, on the job

The office records what was taken — cash, check, card — and the job reads paid, part paid or unpaid. Reports show what was collected and what is still owed.

Day one, in three steps

  1. Add a truck — a name is enough. Invite a driver by email.
  2. Put tomorrow’s first stop on the board and assign it. Add your transfer station under Disposal sites.
  3. Open “See the driver’s phone”. That’s the 6 AM text, replaced.

What it doesn’t do — so you know before you start

  • It isn’t a booking calendar with time slots — keep the booking app you use for that. It does have a request form with your logo that customers send a job through, and the invoice for the job. (The office can record cash, check or card taken against a job, so it reads paid or unpaid.)
  • It isn’t an ELD and doesn’t keep hours-of-service logs.
  • It keeps what you and your drivers enter. It can’t make you compliant by itself — meeting the rules is still your job.

Questions

I run one truck. Is this for me?

Yes. One truck is a real account: $12 a month, no minimums, and your helper’s login is free. The pre-trip record and the receipts are worth having at one truck; dispatch starts to matter at two.

Who built it?

A hauling and demolition company, for its own trucks. The dump-fee split and the pre-trip gate exist because we needed them.

How long does it take to set up?

Add a truck (a name is enough to start — the VIN can wait), invite a driver by email, and put one job on the board. The 7 free days start when that first truck goes in, not when you sign up.
