For moving companies — one truck or fifty

Crew hours, pre-trips and the day’s stops — on the phones your crews already carry. Keep your moving CRM. This covers the trucks and the crew.

Clock-in at the job, a photo pre-trip before the first stop, and each driver’s stops in order. Built by a hauling company — we’re not movers, but the morning is the same.

$12 per truck a month. Free for 7 days on every truck — no card.

What your crews and your office get

The pickup and the drop-off on the driver’s phone

Customer name, both addresses, the notes you typed, and big buttons: Navigate to the pickup, Navigate to the drop-off, Call. The driver marks on the way, arrived and done, and the office sees it without a phone call.

The whole crew on the job

Put the second and third pair of hands on the job. They see it in their own list and can navigate to it; the driver moves its status.

Crew hours from a time clock

Crews clock in, take breaks and clock out from their phones. Hours per person, labor cost on each shift, and a record of every corrected punch — instead of adding up texts on Friday.

A photo pre-trip before the first stop

Four corner photos, the odometer and a defect checklist from the driver’s phone. A severe defect keeps that truck off jobs until it’s marked resolved or you override it with a note.

Fuel, tolls and parking tickets with a photo

Receipts are photographed against the truck the day they happen, so they’re not in a glovebox in March.

Registration, insurance and inspection dates

Each truck carries its expiry dates, and the dashboard tells you what’s coming due.

A records PDF per truck

The inspections, defects and repairs logged for a truck over any date range, in one document you can hand over. It is a copy of what was entered, not a certification.

Spanish on the crew’s phones

Each person picks their language in Settings. The day’s stops, the status buttons, quick texts and the receipt form read in Spanish; the office screens stay English.

A page the customer can open

The “on my way” text carries a link: the company, the address, on the way → arrived → done with times, and the photos once it’s finished. No price, no phone number on it.

Cash or a check at the door, on the job

The office records what was taken — cash, check, card — and the job reads paid, part paid or unpaid. Reports show what was collected and what is still owed.

Day one, in three steps

  1. Add a truck — a name is enough. Invite the crew by email; each sets their own login (Spanish if they want it).
  2. Put tomorrow’s move on the board: pickup, drop-off, the crew, your notes. Assign the driver.
  3. Open “See the driver’s phone”. That screen is what the crew gets in the morning.

What it doesn’t do for movers — so you know before you start

  • It isn’t a moving CRM: no estimates, inventories, bills of lading. Keep the one you use for those; a request form with your logo takes the customer’s move, and the invoice for it is made and sent from here. (The office can record a payment the customer made against the job, so it reads paid or unpaid.)
  • A job is one pickup, one drop-off and one truck. Put the crew on the job (they see it too) and the driver moves it along. A multi-truck move is more than one job.
  • It isn’t an ELD and doesn’t keep hours-of-service logs. The time clock is for payroll hours.

Questions

We already use a moving CRM. Why would we add this?

Because the CRM stops at the booking. This covers what happens after: which truck passed its pre-trip this morning, who clocked in where, where each driver is in the day’s stops, and where the fuel receipt went. Nothing syncs between the two — you put the day’s jobs in, which takes a minute a job.

Do my movers need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on any phone. You invite each person by email and they set their own login. Crew logins are free — you pay per truck.

What does it cost a three-truck moving company?

Standard is $12 per truck a month, so $36 a month for three trucks, with every driver and dispatcher included. Pro is $24 per truck and adds the live map, reports and equipment tracking. The first 7 days are free on up to 3 trucks with no card, and they start when you add your first truck. For comparison, per-seat dispatch software runs about $200 to $330 a month for a five-truck, eight-person company on the published prices we read in September 2026 — the seat fees are the price.
